Immunohistochemical analysis of Meprin ß Subunit/MEP1B was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human intestine using human/mouse Meprin ß Subunit/MEP1B Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-23991) at 1 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Before incubation with the primary antibody, tissue was subjected to heat-induced epitope retrieval. Tissue was stained using the Anti-Rat HRP-DAB (brown and counterstained with hemotoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to the Brush border of epithelial cells.
